Experience in Contract Management. understanding general conditions, overhead and profit, general liability and subcontractor default insurance, construction manager staffing costs, performance and payment bonds, costs for daily site maintenance, contingency management, buy-out process, labor burden, LD’s, CM fees. Transparent Estimating, early involvement from trade partners, budget influenced design, safety, people, quality, schedule, financial, Building Information Modeling (BIM) during design and construction. Project Execution incorporating safety plan, procurement and buy-out plan, project scheduling, budgets, risk exposure, equipment utilization, project invoice validation and auditing, RFI management, project photo documentation, submittal protocols, proactive QA/QC and punchlist management, Project Closeout managing validation of warranty information, manage and document Owner training, validate Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Occupancy.
